Default 240 Rear Light Issues

Hey all, I am having some issues with the rear lights of my 1990 240 Wagon that a google search hasn’t been able to help with.

When my lights are on, the bottom light on the driver side works and that’s it. When I put the car in reverse (it’s a manual transmission) the reverse lights do not go on. When I push the brakes, the bottom light, and the reverse light on the passenger side light up.

I went ahead and order new fuses from IPD but they’re back ordered so it’ll be a month till I get them. But is there something else that may be an issue here?

(First post here btw, go easy on me pls)

probably several issues. when multiple unrelated bulbs light, its often due to a bad ground at the fixture. when lights don't light, its usually due to bad wiring or the flexible circuit panel at the light fixture.
