Default 242 DL no fuel

I have a 1981 Volvo 242DL, it doesn’t get fuel to the injectors I’m getting fuel pass fuel filter on the firewall but when I took out the injectors and crank the motor it doesn’t spray fuel! I checked the relay relators engaging everything seems fine all the way up to the injectors. Does anyone possibly know what the issue might be?

The injectors will not spray under those conditions - because removing the injectors created a vacuum leak. In normal usage when then pistons move down with intake valve open, creating a vacuum in the manifold - that pulls the metering plate up and sprays fuel, the higher the plate, the more fuel from the injectors. You created a big air leak that will prevent the plate from moving. Carefully push the metering plate up from the bottom to make the injectors spray (fuel pump pump on).
