Default Help on a 75 K-Jet fuel delivery system

I just bought a clean Texas 1975 Volvo 245. Typical Texas Car with no rust, oxidized paint and shabby seats. It has a B20F engine with the Bosch K-Jet fuel injection system.

Everything seems to work and I had no problems driving 180 miles to Dallas. When I did an inspection I noticed two of the fuel injectors leaked where the fuel lines connect to the fuel injector. I had planned to do some maintenance. So I decided to start with replacing the air cleaner, fuel filter, fuel pump screen, the fuel injectors and then test the other fuel delivery components.

I found new fuel injectors for sale on e-bay for $12.00 each and I ordered the Seal Kit. I replaced the old injectors they were in rough shape and now I have four leaking injectors that leak at the fuel line connector joint. When I took a close look at the brass colored tapered male fittings on the exit end of the fuel lines I noticed a very wear groove on the taper. When I looked at the female taper on the old fuel injectors I noticed they had a wear spot from the male fitting.

I assume this wear is due to years of engine vibration and the male fittings on the fuel lines do not seal properly mated to the new injectors. Does anybody have any suggestions? Due to the pressure involved I don’t think I could install new fuel line male fittings if I could find them. Would an O Ring help? Is there a source for fuel lines?
