Default 91 240 fuel injector ground

Hello all, I'm trying to diagnose and issue in my 240 where its a crank no start. It sparks but seems to be getting no fuel. When I first took the 2 bolts of the fuel rail it started. Now one of the ground wires causes it to sometimes start or not. I cleaned it, sometimes it will spark off the end by the bold when I crank it. The fuel pump relay also buzzes Any ideas?

Check that the engine harness is getting a good ground at the fuel rail/intake manifold.

Try this guide: No Crank or No Start - Turbobricks Forums

It's sparking off the end of the bolt grounding the engine harness???

ground is good at fuel rail, its sparking off the fuel rail bolt grounding. Now its not sparking but my injectors are acting like they have no power despite the wires having 12v

fuel injectors on a 240 get their power from the fuel system relay near the glovebox. all 4 injectors are wired in parallel, they get the same relay-switched power, and the ECU 'grounds' all 4 at the same time to fire them.

best way to test the electrics of EFI is a 'noid light', this plugs into the injector harness and the injector, and blinks when the injector is fired.

will this work without the car starting? Thats the main issue I'm faced with

the injectors should fire while the car is being cranked over.
