740 GLE 1986 - removing brake lines from caliper
Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem removing my calipers from the from the brake lines. There are 2 nuts that both unscrew counterclockwise. When I unscrew these the brake line coil and get very tight. Anybody know what I'm talking about? There must be a way to relieve the tension so the brake line doesn't coil up when I unscrew it from the caliper. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Myles

You have seized lines my friend.
The nut on the end of the line is rust welded onto themetal lineand will need some serious convincing to move.
Lots of penetrating oil and then heat and then...
You'll probably need to replace the brake lines if all else fails.
