Default 740 Turbo cutting off

You all have helped me before and I need your help again! I have a '91 740 Turbo. Lately I have noticed after I have come to a stop and I am getting ready to proceed it will cut off. Or if I am turning into a parking spot or out of a spot it will cut off. It doesn't do this all the time, but sporadically and enough that I know its a problem. Now it does start right up. Today I took it to a mechanic and he said the problem is I needed an ignition module. He did that and a few hrs. later it cut off again and this time it did not start back up. It seems like its not getting gas. Can anyone help me?!!

I think the mech might have been a Nimrod follower just after your dough and a good ECU/ICU...anyways, replace the "pre-pump fuel pump" inside the fuel tank, replace the main pump, replace all fuses, replace the fuel pump relay, replace the fuel filter, clean the throttle body, and perhaps even renew the ignition wires, distributor, rotor, coil, plugs.
Volvo dealerships can be pricey, check www.ipdusa.com , www.fcpgroton.com , www.vlvworld.com . these are cheaper clternatives.

but alwys keep it Volvo.
