Okay this car has been to three very good Volvo shop in the past year and all three have been stumped, so lets see if you guys can fix it.

The Problem
The first start of the day, regardless of outside temp, it fires right up and run perfectly. When I turn the car off and restart it it smells badly of gas, belches out black smoke, falls on its face like its flooded until if rev the engine and clear it out, but once its cleared out if runs fine and doesn't smoke. This flooding action happens every time regardless of how quickly I turn the car off and on.
What has been done
Fuel injectors
ECU
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Fuel Pressure Relay switch
Throttle positioning switch
Distributor
Wires rotter and cap
Plugs
Engine wiring harness.

I want to give this car to my son, but I will not pass smog due to restate issues. You are the last hope for this car because the next step is the bone yard. Thanks
