Default 89 240 wgn Instrument cluster

I recently pulled the instrument cluster to replace a broken odometer gear. When I reconnected the wires to the circuit board, none of the guages or "idiot" lights lit except for the overdrive light. It seems all the connections are correct. Any suggestions on what to look for?

might seem silly, but I forgot to screw in the last 4 screws to the back of the panel which help ground those lights. Make sure they are screwed in.
