Cleaned mass air. I need to get some carb cleaner to check for vacuum leaks. Maybe I'll just drive it to the parts store and start replacing vacuum hoses. I'm at a total loss here. I think the in tank HAS to be working for it to continue to run.

 

In tank fuel pump was the culprit.
