Default 91 - 240 power windows will not go down

I've read through some threads and can't find the answer.
Here is my history. It started with the front passenger window. It would not go down from passenger switch or driver control switch. I replaced all fuses for windows and window relays. Still nothing. All other windows go down. So I opened up door panel and tested motor and regulator. When pressing down bottom motor sounds and moves window about 5mm and then nothing. So I know I am getting power to window motor. When I press up no move, no sound.
So I replace the motor, regulator whole thing. Still doesn't work. So about a month later. No windows will go up or down. Power locks still work fine.
I do hear a definitive click from where the relays are when I press the brake. I don't know if that is connected to my issues.
I'm at a loss. I didn't think it was a relay issue before because all other windows went down, except passenger side.

Default same power window issue in my 93

Did you ever resolve your issue? my 93 has the same exact issue and it started with the passenger side window. I am trying to save some trial and error time here.

When only one window is involved I look at the switches first. The contact inside of them looks like a BB resting in a V of tiny thin brass. Rocking the switch one way or another causes the BB to move to one contact or the other. After this many years, a lot of crud can build up. Spilled soft drinks, dirt, rain water when windows are left down. It's not too tough to disassemble them and http://www.swedishbricks.net/contents.html has a great article on repairing them.
