91 940SE-No Power to Fuel Pump

91 940SE-No Power to Fuel Pump
Update to persistent condition posted about on 9-19-23: "No power to fuel pump for prime or run cycle."
Following Parts Have Been Replaced with New or Used Parts From a Running Car:
Fuel Pump Relay
Radio Suppression Relay
Fuel Pump & Filter
Crank Position Sensor
Ignition Control Module (small unit by battery)
ECU Module (inside in front of Passenger door hinge)
(Pending) replacement of Ignition Control Unit (inside in front of driver door hinges)
I am at a total loss as to where the problem lies. I've installed a switched/fused wire from an ignition switched fuse panel bus so the car starts & runs perfectly. But this is an unsafe remedy should we have an accident which stops the engine but doesn't cut off power to the fuel pump.
There seems to be no video anywhere on YouTube regarding R&R of the under dash ignition control unit, That's very strange! I am stymied finding the mounting screw locations in such an awkward position under the LH dash? TD
