92' 240 5spd
Since buying my 92' 240 the a/c has never worked and living in Northern Califronia I only miss it in July for 2 weeks.
My Question is: Can I remove the a/c compressor?

Yes you may. You will lose your power steering unless you either use a much larger belt to reach the ps pump or install an "a/c delete" which has an idler pulley to transfer power to the ps pump.
