'92 240 Door Panel Clips? Two Different Types?
I'm looking to replace some of the broken door panel clips on my '92 245 and after removing the door panel, I discovered 2 different types of clips.
The yellow ones were found in the yellow circles in the picture below. I know these ones are correct, and I'm working on finding more of them.
The white/gray clips are identical, except for color, and were found along the top of all 4 door panels, location circled in red below.
Should those clips in the red circle be different than the rest of the clips, such as what I found? They set out further than the yellow clips. Or, do the yellow clips also work fine in this position? I want to put the door panel on correctly and with the right clips so it stays put and clips don't break.
Also, does anyone know anywhere to find these clips reasonably priced?

Color doesn't matter, of course. Basically, anything that has the correct "stand off" distance and fits, will work. Here's an easy way to get them, although perhaps not the cheapest...IPD

Generally, FCP, one of our sponsors, is cheaper...but not this time...

It's true they are different; the ones on the right mount in such a manner as to keep the door panel a bit off the door. I don't know if it was a moisture issue or for vibration reduction or what. I just looked at panels from an 80 GT and an 89 245. Both have the different style along the top. I do know I've used the much more common variety (bottom style) along the top without issue. YRMV.
