Default 92 940 rear suspension sag

I've searched and can't figure this one out!
My 940 turbo rear end sags pretty bad and everything i read pointed to replacing springs and struts. So I did, new Bilstein Touring and Coil Spring - Lesjofors from FCPEuro, installed them and the car looks exactly as it did before i swapped out the old suff.

Am I missing something? and the old struts were old school, not nivomats

did you replace the spring pads? next step is the trailing arm bushing/bearing piece.

the bushing is part '2' in this drawing,

the spring pad is part 21 in this drawing...

the bushing in #2 looks pretty tough. I bought some bushings but haven't put them in yet, I'l have to revisit what I purchased

that bushing [2] just bolts on. put the rear frame on jack stands, put a jack under the control arm, unbolt the lower end of the shock, lower the arm just until the spring tension is released, then remove the nut 5 and the arm and bushing should come off the stud 4. I don't remember if you have to remove bracket 3 or not to do this.

if you're getting clunking in the rear when you apply/let off power, then you may need to replace the thrust arm bushings 32,33,35,36 (first drawing), if you get clunks when you waggle side to side, then its the panhard bushings 13, 14.
