Default '92 Volvo 940 Question (Buying)

I'm considering two cars: A 1992 Saab 900S (unknown miles because an engine was taken from one Saab and put on this one at the garage I'm talking to) or a 1992 Volvo 940 with 190,000 miles and no known mechanical issues at this time. The owner of the Volvo wants $2000 but said he's willing to negotiate. He stated he's the 2nd owner and has replaced/repaired the usual items. His stated reason for selling was that he has 3 cars already and wants to focus energy on his newer cars (he has 4).

Both cars have leather interiors. The Volvo is a 4-door whiles the Saab is a 2-door with a hatchback. It has all the options, etc. Both cars have almost immaculate interiors and exteriors.

Is 190,000 miles high for a Volvo? Is this a good deal? Thanks.

For what it's worth, my vote is for the Volvo. The asking price seems on the high end of fair to me, and 190,000 is low for a Volvo of this age.

Personally I would go for the 940.
