93' 240 surging idle in extreme cold
I'm having an interesting problem with my 240! I picked up the car a few months ago from the East Coast where it was significantly warmer, and drove it around 1100 miles home to MN. For the entirety of the drive the car was fantastic. No issues at all. Now, when its really cold here in Minnesota (between 0 and 15* F) my car will start up quick but will almost immediately go into this uneven loping idle. Once warm the problem mostly goes away but sometimes there will still be a bit of unevenness at stops. It seems to be worst in drive and the smoothest in neutral, but sometimes it's completely smooth in drive. There is no power loss when accelerating and when the engine is idling smooth its very even and quiet. I've cleaned the IAC, AMM, an throttle body. I adjusted the TPS so it opens properly, and I get a nice audible click. I've also done new injector seals, a new throttle body gasket and a new intake manifold gasket. Plugs, dist cap, rotor, wires and ECT sensor (Bosch part) are also all brand new. No CEL or codes on OBD. I'll attach a video of the symptoms. Any suggestions?
