My '93 940 non turbo won't idle on its own when it's cold. It would die out if I don't keep my foot on the gas. It only started to occur about two weeks ago. When I start it in the morning, I would have to depress the gas pedal for about 30 sec and keep it around 1500 rpms and then it would idle properly. Any info as to what's causing this would be appreciated. Thank you.

 

Try cleaning the throttle body and idle motor and see if it helps.
