Hi all,i have a 1994 940 wagon with the Bosch system and i cannot figure out my high idle. The car was running fine until i replaced my oil separator box and flame trap. While i had the intake off i replaced the intake gasket and throttle body gasket. I also replaced my fuel injectors and coolant temp sensor. Now the car idles around 1500 rpm and sometimes it will start surging between 1500 and 2000. I ohmed my tps and made sure it was working and the click was set and i also checked my iac and it clicked open when 12v was applied. I checked multiple times for vacuum leaks and could not find any. The car will idle down to around 700 when the iac hose is clamped. Also there are no engine codes stored. Anything else i am missing?
