i have a 1994 940 wagon with the Bosch system and i cannot figure out my high idle. The car was running fine until i replaced my oil separator box and flame trap. While i had the intake off i replaced the intake gasket and throttle body gasket. I also replaced my fuel injectors and coolant temp sensor. Now the car idles around 1500 rpm and sometimes it will start surging between 1500 and 2000. I ohmed my tps and made sure it was working and the click was set and i also checked my iac and it clicked open when 12v was applied. I checked multiple times for vacuum leaks and could not find any. The car will idle down to around 700 when the iac hose is clamped. Anything else i am missing?
