I am trying to replace the winshield wiper arm- can't find any info on how to remove???

Pop the black cover cap, you will see a 13mm nut. Take that nut off, then lift the wiper arm in its perpendicular to the windshield position and gently rock it until it comes free. This could be difficult if the base is too rusty or had been over tightened. You may want to apply some penetrating oil to break any rust prior to taking the arm off.

IIRC, that cover 'pivots' up and towards the wiper arm, it doesn't come off completely
