Question 940 timing belt

I needed to replace the back timing belt cover on my 1992 940GL. I had to remove the upper camshaft gear and intermediate gear. How do you tighten the gears and what is the torque on those bolts?
Thanks

According to my Haynes manual, the torque setting is 37 ft-lbs for the camshaft and half-shaft sprockets. I made myself a counterhold tool. Just a 2x4 with two bolts through it that fit in the sprocket. I then drilled a large hole between the two bolts for the torque wrench to fit onto the camshaft nut.
