Whenever i apply brakes.my brake padle pulsates and the steering wheel also gets some vibrations. It appears all the four rotors are wraped up.
I am getting a good set of rotors (ALL FOUR OF THEM) from the junk yard. Is it possible that 740 Rotors can be fixed up in my 940.

 

I don't think so.I believe they are different.


Did you look at prices for new ones yet?

Chances are the other one from the junk yard will be warped as well.

 

Today i opened up the front wheels. Found out that the front rotors were ok, only the rubber bushes were weak and there was a lot of play in the arms,(Cant tell you the otem Names) replaced them with the new one. Now i feel there is no vibration in the handle. However when i opened up the rear brake rotors, they were not getting the full marks of the disc pads. Slight portions from the up and down positions. It appears the disc pads are not touching the middle area of the rotors.
The question is are the rotors gone or i should open up the disc pads and level them up on a machine or sand paper and the reinstall them and check?
Or do you think that whenever this happens the rotors are the main culprits?
