Default 940 with ipd springs and Sachs suspension?

Picking up a 2 owner 1991 940 SE next week. Anyone try the above combo? Springs and shock need to be replaced after 20 years. I wouldn't mind a little more control, not interested in lowering just because though.
Thanks.

It has the IRS suspension and a devilishly complicated rear suspension as far as bushings and related, NOT your father's 740/940 live rear axle! The Nivomat shocks are still $600 a piece but you can convert them to regular without too much hassle. I doubt any easy mods are even available for the IRS cars...
