Default 95 volvo 940 - Need to identify these wires (still)

Decided to post again as considerable time has past since I was last able to participate in the thread. To all that replied:

The color of the wires are: 1 wire Yellow with a Green Line -- 1 wire is like Light Reddish with Green - can't tell if it is mostly red or mostly green and I don't think either is the majority.

I have no idea what these wires are for, but as they are obviously cut, it would be nice to know how important they are.

The car runs excellent, but there are 2 things that do not function properly, and I wonder if the condition of these wires could be the cause of either. .... The 2 problems are radiator fan does not work, and passenger side turn signal bulb does not work, even after replacing the bulb.........

and where exactly does that wire come from in the harness? is that under the front or on top?

is there a place for a sensor in the front air dam under the bumper? thats where the air temp sensor goes

I believe the radiator fan is controlled by thermostats in the bottom of the radiator, one for high speed, one for low speed. I'm not near my wiring diagram (which is for a 92 but there's only minor incremental differences)
