Please help identify these parts, 1990 740 GLE

Does anyone know what these parts on my 1990 740 GLE wagon are? The round white piece is on a vacuum line, but it looks like it connects to a cable running down under the car. The electric part also has vacuum lines attached. Thanks for any help!

Cruise Control Motor, Vacuum valve should not be going to a cable but this one apparently is... not sure why.

Thanks, I didn't think of the cruise control. I'm not sure the white plastic part goes to a cable, but that is what it looked like. It is between the engine and the firewall and hard to see.
