The AC fan in my 1992 940 only works on the highest setting. Anyone know what to do?

Also the heated driver;s seat does not work, and the light does not come on when i switch it, while the passenger's does. Any help is greatly appreciated

 

Now im not 100% sure, but here is what i think. I have a 91 740 and the heat only works on 5 (highest). I was told by Tech and the guys here that this is because the contol is broken, and it works only on the highest because that is 12v and a direct shot of juice. So the problem MAY be the control head unit. There expensive and somewhat hard to find.

 

For the blower motor most likely a bad Resistor for the blower.

For the seat check for power to the switch and seat.
