Air Conditioner Conversion

1991 740 Turbo
I need to convert the Air Cond to R134.
What parts do I need to change?
I know the freon must be removed and new oil added.
Does the Dryer need to be changed?

You can replace it if you want to.
Most say to do the Drier, Highpressure line, and Orface tube.
