The phone number for this place is always busy so I can't get a Volvo dealer inspection. I wonder if anyone's heard of this dealer or knows this car.

Well, I am 10 minutes from winter Park (That's where the stealer I goto is).

 

I know of the place.... It's right off I4. I drive by that place once in a while. He sells Volvo, Bwm, Mercedes and once in a while a Jag or 2. I looked at an S70 once there. Seems to only have clean cars on the lot.

 

If I am by that area, i will try and swing by and check it out...

Thanks guys, I finally got a hold of them and arranged an inspection. A dealer with a # 1 car on e-bay isn't going to be any steal.

My bid is in, let's see what happens.

I much prefer the old days, local classified or the corner gas station with a sign in the windshield. Guys flying in to pay $5k for a 14 year old station wagon is nuts. When they start showing up on Barrett Jackson I'll know things have gone completely over the top. . But I'm willing to drive 8 hours so I guess I shouldn't criticize.

 

Sorry I tried but ended up riding along with someone else. Didn't get time to stop.

 

Thanks for offering, I finally got to talk to the dealer and tired to buy it off the lot for the sticker price but this is his first time on e-bay and he won't sell it till the auction ends.
