Gday guys, i am going to test drive a 240 GL sedan tomorrow, it has an auto and im not sure what to expect from an auto gear box cos i have only driven the manual version when i had it as a rally car (pm me if you want to see some videos of it getting thrashed!) will this car still have some go? or are they generally sluggish with the auto?

 

It all depends on the engine.
The auto tranny's could shift fast as well.

I had a customers 240 that chirp second gear when you accelerated hard from a stop.
