Default b230 engine surfacing valve clearance

im preparing to rebuild a b230f. I am boring it to 96.6 due to cylinder wear. I got a good deal on some flat top wiesco pistons. I would like to be able to surface the engine but i dont know how much i can take off with out any clearance issues. i have a stock head gasket. any info would be great thanks
