Battery/Alternator Light on Dash
I have a ‘93 240 wagon automatic. Over the last handful of months ive been moving through some electrical issues that luckily had to do with bad wiring and grounding from my alternator along with needing a new alternator and battery. the past couple months all has been mostly well.
however- whenever i turn my car off the battery/alternator icon on my instrument panel lights up as i turn the key and remains on for a second or two after the car is completely off. This feels eerie and like a potential symptom or signal to a greater issue- anyone have an idea of what it could be? ive included a video from a couple months ago- since its been cold the light seems to remain on a little longer.
thank u!

What about the upshift arrow flashing also - that's not normal. Does your overdrive relay work normally? (turn on and off when button is pushed) I would suspect a bad connection/bad ground somewhere, sorry don't know where to suggest.
