SO now it's time to replace the brake junction block on my 1990 Volvo 240.
Does Volvo still make them? Please tell me if you've replaced yours and
where would I be able to buy a reliable replacement.

When I replaced mine about 6-7 years ago I bought the aftermarket version because mine was leaking. I put it in only to find the aftermarket one leaked right out of the box. I returned it and bought the genuine Volvo one - which was more than twice the price. Unfortunately it looks like you can't get the Volvo-branded ones anymore so I think you're stuck with the aftermarket version. IPD still carries the aftermarket version.
