Default Blower Motor

Time to replace the infamous 240 blower motor. I have a 93. The local garage, which I pretty much trust will install a part I find. the 'original volvo' part from Volvo costs $201!!!! A Siemens part from the Site Sponsor (Groton) here costs $54! WOuld you trust the Siemens part? What about an 'aftermarket' generic resistor (the conventional approach is to replace both). Price difference is HUGE, but I only want to do this ONE TIME (Labor is about $460). Advice please - thanks.

go the extra mile and get the best motor you can find, you might also think about doing the heater core when there in there...it sucks when it fails and you have to pull the dash apart again
