The blower for the ventilation in my car seems to run at low speed continuously now. If I turn the blower on high for a minute and then turn it off completely it stays off for a minute or two then starts up again??? Any ideas?

 

I think they are supposed to be like that to help with fresh air inside the car.

I always hear them running when I am fixing the cars.
