Default brake bleeding help

Ok so I have a 94 volvo 940 non turbo. i am in the process of doing brakes. replaced front rotors and pads. also a front left caliper, (because it was leaking. Also, replaced rear brakes(disc also) with new rotors pads and 2 new calipers. the old ones were froze. my probelm is, i oriiganally only did the front and when i bled to the new calper it came out fine. after a couple times no air. then when i just did the rear brakes and new calpiers, and when i went to bleed them, barley anything comes out.. i had a friends help did not use a hand bleeder. and i started with the back right. like i said nothin really came out. its the dual piston calpiers. is it just that it takes forever to get threw the whole caliper? am i doing a sequence wrong? it DOES have ABS. any help would be much appreciated..
