Brake Caliper Question

Brake Caliper Question
Probably a stupid question, but I need to order new rear brake calipers for my grandsons 240 we are fixing up for him. Anyway, everywhere I look to order it asks if the calipers are ATE or Girling design. How do I tell what is on the car.....is the brand stamped or marked on the caliper, or is there a design difference. Also, since I am replacing the rotors as wel as the calipers, does it matter if I get an ATE or GIrling caliper?
Many thanks

On my '87 240 I"m PRETTY sure it was ATE on the rear and Girling on the front - but I might have it backwards, sorry! I see from my notes I used Nugeon 97-09314 calipers on the rear but a quick web search doesn't reveal whether they are ATE or Girling and I can't remember how I settled on those. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable here will advise you.
One note: the calipers I ordered did not come with mounting bolts. My manual says to not reuse the mounting bolts so I ended up having to order them separately, delaying the repair.
There's a lot of useful brake info here with some pics of the different calipers - https://www.240turbo.com/volvo240big...html#240brakes
