I am a new member and am the proud original owner of a 1994 940 Turbo Wagon. (I also have a 2012 XC60)

The brake warning light comes on most of the time even though all three brake lights work.

Also every time I press the brake, I hear a relay click underneath the radio.

Please comment. Thanks.

the brake warning light means there's unequal pressure in the 2 brake hydraulic circuits, or the brake fluid is low... unequal pressure probably means you need the master cylinder, and/or one or more slave calibers rebuilt, although I suppose it could be from something else. when was the brake fluid last flushed and replaced ?

re: relay, odd, afaik, none of the relays in the main panel behind the ashtray are for anything braking related. The ABS relays are all in the ABS module under the hood. The 3 brake light circuits go through the bulb failure warning thing (thats the round can in the left-fore corner of the relay panel) but it won't click unless the bulb-out light comes on, and even then its really faint.
