hey I have a '83 240 dl b21a, and for the past two weeks the car has been bucking and stalling when I give it gas in first gear(and higher gears), but will work if i feather the throttle to get the rpm's up., I have a new ignition system, and fuel pump, the carb has recently been cleaned but need's a rebuild as the needle and seat have wear marks(25 year old carb). There is no intake pump or any fuel filter that I can find and the one from the engine bay was removed before before I bought the car. Is this simply an old carb issue or could it be the result of some thing else. Need help as daily driver is going down hill fast.
