a/c compressor pulley removal '92 740 turbo

Anyone know how to remove the a/c compressor belt pulley from a 91 740 turbo?

From: 37 North on the left coast

there's a threaded shaft that when turned moves the whole alternator towards the engine block, releasing the belt tension.

I thought he was asking how to remove the pulley from the A/C compressor. Guess he was asking how to remove the alternator...

No, I WAS inquiring about a/c compressor pulley REMOVAL, but didn't wish to correct Pierce, so I just thanked him. FYI.....figured it out, didn't realize there's a snapring holding the pulley. Thanks anyway..........................
