Default Clunking sound...again

Well, after the mechanic changed the bushings in my transmission the shifter is smoother, and doesnt move as much asit used to, but i can still hear the clunking sound, not as bad as it was, lets say the sound was at 100 before, and now is at 40, but i can still hear it, whats wrong?

The driveshaft bearing might be seized or the rubber carrier worn out.
