Confused about what Volvo I have.
I recently bought a 1984 Volvo DL wagon and I'm not sure if it's a 245 or just a DL. On the trim it only says DL as well as the guide book.
And for anybody interested in hearing the story I bought it for 300$ from the original owner and it had been sitting since '02 but all it took was a battery to get it going. The car has some rust issues and i'm in the process of doing a brake overhaul but it's looking pretty good so far!
This is my first car that i've done work on myself and actually fixed up so any tips and tricks would be appreciated!
Thanks !

The 245 means it's a wagon.
My 740 sedan would technically be a 744.
The two door 240 would be a 242.
The last number normally tells you what body it is as it is the number of doors. The DL just means it's a de Luxe edition.
