Default Disconnected plug near fuel injectors

I just picked up an '87 244 (I've worked on VWs a bunch but am new to Volvos) and while I was poking around the engine bay came across this disconnected plug that appears to have been disconnected for a while. It seems to run toward the fuel injectors, but unclear what it's for. The car is currently running, though it does have some cold start idle issues, which are maybe related? Someone told me the plug might could be related to a cold start injector...

Any help would be much appreciated!

Doesn't mean it's used on that car. There are several of these in various Volvos. If it's not within reach of a matching plug I wouldn't worry.
