i washed my car in the car wash and now the lock on the driver side door is hard to turn using the key. it feels like it sticks. what is the best way to treat this?
Graphite spray, or they do make an actual tool to lube locks. It's called Motomaster lock lube. When i lived up north used to keep a bottle of it in a magnetic box under the car.
I have used lithium grease (from an aerosol can with a small plastic WD-40 type straw to deliver the grease) in both the door lock and ignition and it works great - no issues!
