Electric Fan Swap

Looking to do an electric fan swap on my 740 to replace the standard, water pump mounted one. Anyone here have any experience on installing one? The stock cooling fan looks to be about 18 inches wide.

the 92+ turbos had a larger radiator, larger intercooler, and electric fan.

(my former 1992 740 turbo wagon)

People do it all the time, The volvo electric fan system is awesome and many will adapt the cooling fan system onto their chevy fords, etc.
