Default Engine Problems '95 2.4L turbo

Hey everybody,
&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; My 95' 2.4L turbo is pushing oil out of the top of the engine. How do I diagnose this problem? I'm 3000km from home and need to fix this, as you can imagine. The problem occures on deceleration at slower speeds (5km/h - 50km/h). My first thoughts are: 1) Blow-by past the piston rings 2) Bad valve(s). How do I diag. this without tearing the engine down? Please help me! Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. This is my first post and it's a doosy!
Kasey.

What do you mean by "pushing oil out the top of the engine"? Where does the oil come from? Smoke? Spillage? Only on deceleration?

I have oil coming out of my fill cap. This is not due to spillage. The only smoke I get is from said oil running down to the turbo. Duringdeceleration. I do not have access to a manual, but I think Ihave the pcv system completely apart. From the block just above the starter I have removed a plastic case and the tube that runs across the engine from this point to the intake. There is no blockage that I can see.
