1992 VOLVO 740 WHEN you crank up vehicle it starts to surge up and down everything has been checked but i did notice if i queezed the pipe were it comes from the iac i beleive it goes back to normal idle and yes it was replaced help

 

did you check the pressure regulators? just replaced mine, it would surge at low rpms and shut off and kick back on, intermittently. idles nice now.

your on to something when you said you squeezed the IAC hose...I did the same thing and...son of a gun...I could have swore it got better...brushed it off thinking it was all the exhaust gases I've been inhaling for the past week...RIP lung cancer...swedish kind...
