Default Fog Lights

This is probably a really stupid question, but when i flip on the fog light switch only the driver's side comes on. What's the deal? The bulb in the other side is good, but the fuse panel says there's only a fuse for the driver's side fog light?

what model and year?
And if you are talking about the back fog light, then only the driver's side fog light is supposed to turn on.

It's a 92 240 Wagon, and the light had quite the interesting situation going on. I traced bace the wire from the passenger's side fog light all the way up to under the driver's feet, where it connected to a large wire quick connect block, and it simply had no mate on the other side. So i did the simple thing and just ran a wire over to it from the driver's side, and it worked. Simple and effective.
