Default Front end rattling over bumpy roads. Brakes clunk when I step on brake

My 1993 240 classic wagon has new suspension everything replaced. Except springs.
With all the money spent on that job I set out to find a rust inhibitor/removal service and
I found a guy who came to my house put car up on lift and for 4 hours eliminated rust added inhibitor. Even a mouse

proofing.
helped find solve a mysterious back end clunk with photos taken. Missing clamp. Solved.
BUT the front end rattles/clunks
when I drive on smooth road there isn’t any rattling/clunking coming from the front only over bumps and holes. I have had my mechanics check and recheck but the sounds persist.
The car doesn’t shimmy or vibrate just rattling/clunky
I thought the rust removal might be a cause loosening everything up.
your thoughts?

I have seen poorly fitting brake pads (aftermarket brands) cause rattles - Find a road where it rattles, then drive that road just slightly touching the brake pedal.Make sure the antirattle springs have been installed also.

Or when a 240 had rattles in the front - I would spend 20 minutes or so tightening every part, The 4 large bolts that hold the subframe to the frame rails work loose and are never tightened, strut retaining nuts, big nut holding the rear lower control arm bushing on. When those bushings were replaced were new brackets used? many times the new bushing will move where pressed in and make popping noises.

You don't 'remove rust" with a sprayer like that, you just cover it up. Nice looking car.

ruststop.pro
who I used.

any ideas why car is rattling?
brakes clunk clunk?
Nice car yes thank you
but the front rattling and front clunk brakes with new suspension and new brakes unnerving.
not to mention expensive.
otherwise car drives so great.
