fuel problem?
Well try to keep this short. Few weeks ago my 90 Volvo 240 the car broke down and ended up being the CPS. It has ran fine for 2 weeks until today. I went out to leave and would not start. I did a diagnostics with the LED to check igntion with no problems showed. I manually checked for spark by removing sparkplug and grounding it. It has good spark. What is the best way to check fuel pumps. Or anyt thoughts what could be wrong. Oh yeh, the motor has good compression. Thanks for any help. My wife is wanting me to get rid of it. Im not ready for that. Thanks

First thing to check is if your fuel pumps are working. Turn your ignition key from the off to the II position but don't crank the engine. You should hear the fuel pump run for a second or two. If not, then check the fuses and the fuel pump relay.

Most failures of the relays are due to cracked solder joints on the little circuit board of the relay. The cracking is most likely due to vibration over time. The original relays lasted around 10-12 years on my cars at which point they would start to fail intermittently. My resoldered relays are still running so I don't have a longevity measurement yet.
