Default gAs GuAgE NoT wOrKiNg!!
i have a 1992 740 wagon and the gas guage is staying at below empty with the warning light on. even if i fill up the tank, the guage stays the same, below empty..does anyone know how i can fix this!!??

Check the fuses. If that doesn't work, then it MIGHT be a bad fuel level sender in the tank. I'll look into it a little more and post back in a few. Hold tight.

My 92 Volvo 740 wagon has the same thing.
Did you fix this issue and if so tell me how you went about it.

My 94 940 had a bad gauge. Replaced it all is well

We had one in the shop today that the baffle in the tank broke off the tank and broke the float for the sending unit.
